- 2 oz. Gambit No. 6
- ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ oz. Honey Syrup
- ¼ oz. Orange Liqueur
- Saline
Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, stir, and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a blackberry and a lemon twist. (Saline is 80% water 20% salt solution.)

- 2 oz. Gambit No. 6
- ¼ oz. Amaretto
- ¼ oz. Simple Syrup
- 4 dashes Angostura
- 3 drops Saline
Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, stir, and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with an orange twist and cherry garnish. (Saline is 80% water 20% salt solution.)

CHERRY LIMEADE
- 1.5 oz. Gambit No. 6
- ¾ oz. Simple Syrup
- Juice from ½ Lime
- 3 Black Cherries
- Soda Float
- 2 dashes Angostura
Muddle cherries, add Gambit No. 6, simple syrup and lime juice to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a Nick & Nora. Fill with soda and add two dashes of Angostura. Garnish with a lemon twist.
